We had enough wifi to watch movies and call home. There is an extra battery in case you forgot to load the wifi box. We had wifi everywhere we went even on more remote islands.

Great service and a great pocket wifi. We had on our trip trough Japan always wifi! Next time we will order again.

Very simple collection and drop back via the mail Post service. The portable charger was also very handy.

Japan Wireless made it very ease to use the mobile wifi during our family trip in Japan. Next time I will do the samen. The device was sent to our first hotel, connecting. Connecting with multiple devices was easy. During the our whole trip we were all connected which is very useful when traveling around. On our last day we could just put the device in the envelope we got and put it in the mailbox at the airport.

I go to Japan on a regular basis and this was the first time that I used the Japan Wireless WiFi. I was truly very impressed with the service. I travelled to several different cities while on this trip and the coverage and speed of the service was excellent no matter where I was. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has never travelled to Japan before and to even those who are familiar with the amazing technologies of Japan.

Great that they deliver to hotels. After a long flight it was nice that it was waiting for me at hotel check in. With 3 of us using it, we saved alot. Also, we connected well all through Japan from Tokyo to Kyushu

Very simple service. Order ahead of time, pick up the mini cell service wifi router at airport counter when arriving, make the wifi connection to it, charge as needed (lasts at least as long as the smart phone), and when leaving, drop off everything in the provided return mailer at the airport Japan Postal Service collection box before going through the security check. Didn't encounter any cell phone network service issues.
