Flawless and hassle free experience

Got wireless wifi for recent Japan trip and really good service

Picked up at Narita. Very pleasant and quick, friendly service. All equipment in good working order. Always having a connection made traveling in the countryside as well as Tokyo easy and uneventful. Returning equipment as simple as finding a post box on the way out of country. Would definitely recommend.

I spent 1 week in Tokyo and use this portable wifi for a family of 8. Free delivery to hotel, and it provides an envelope for me to return with ease. It is easy to access everywhere in Tokyo and Fuji day trip. Occasionally the line is poor connection in an area with crowded people like Disneysea. The battery can last at least 12 hours. Overall I'm satisfied.

The unit I received was in beautiful shape and had an incredible battery life! It lasted all day long with light use; I never even bothered to use or carry the extra battery. Connectivity was fast and solid. There were only a few times I lost service--far less frequently than I would have back in the states! Overall, this was a very convenient, hassle-free way to keep connected in Japan.
