A total life saver and affordable to boot! Will definitely continue renting from here!

I love being connected through the Japan Wireless anywhere I go in Japan! A must have item for traveling in Japan!

Great

I've used Japan Wireless on my last two multi-week trips to Japan and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. On my most-recent trip, I got a SIM Card for my iPhone SE. You can collect your connection device at the airport (Haneda Intl. in my case), follow the detailed instructions included in the package, and you'll be online in under 15 minutes.

I had no issues with coverage, and I went back and forth between Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka on this trip.

Price-wise, you would be very hard-pressed to find a better option for a two or three week trip. (I think I spent USD $45 for my three-week SIM Card.)

Just be aware that, with a SIM Card, you *do not get the ability to make calls*, but rather you just get 3G/4G internet access. (An invaluable resource though, especially for pulling up maps and checking on transit schedules.)

Supremely happy with my service, and Japan Wireless is my go-to service for internet / phone access whenever I visit the country.

Super fast and reliable internet. Great coverage and long battery life.
Next time I go to Japan, I'm getting Japan-Wireless again!

Equipment worked well. Easy pick up and drop off at Narita Int'l location. Recommended to avoid cell phone data charges for foreigners trying to navigate train & subway stations.

Service was great! Had it delivered to the hotel that we were staying at in Japan. We got to keep in contact with family in the US. We will definitely order from Japan wireless again.

The wifi was really good and helped me a lot there. never lost signal. no problem with the personal in airports. all very good, thank you.
