easy to use

The unit arrived on time at our hotel and we never lost connectivity during our trip. Would definitely recommend and use again

Fast and the best wifi provider.

A wonderful pain free experience. The pocket wifi arrived at the hotel as planned and functioned without any problems the while time we were in Tokyo. Easy to drop off at the airport. I will 100% book again for my next trip

Highly recommend! It was easy to use and super convenient.

Very easy to use. English may not be spoken everywhere in japan but the way it was set up made it very simple and convenient. Will be using this service again.

Great service, good WiFi, all of the services are very great.

Loved how easy it was to order this item online and it was delivered to hotel with no problems. When we needed to extend days due to change in flights, emailing japan wireless was very simple and they respond really quickly. Needed the wifi to entertain 2 toddlers on longer journeys - It definitely helped distract them from having tantrums!

Easy and convenient transaction. We dropped the package at the nearest mail box. So easy!

I got it from the airport without any hassle or delays, connection service is perfect, very reliable, cost efficient, and was able to return it back in the airport easily. I will definitely use their service again when I come back to Japan!
