So glad we booked Wireless through Japan Wireless. It made our trip so stress free. Will be ordering one again next visit. It was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival and was dropped back in the post box at the airport on our way home. Simple.

Excellent and reliable reception throughout our 14 days trip in Tokyo, Takayama, Kyoto and Osaka. Highly recommended.

I've used this service 5 times so far, and I've never experienced issues or difficulties.

Very Useful!

Easy to book, reception at the hotel I was staying and simple to use.

I traveled to Japan for 2 weeks and couldn't have asked for a simpler and more reliable device. The customer service from JW was fantastic as well after i had some queries.

Would recommend them to anybody.

Thanks
Chris

very professional and no issues at all. very much recommended. made our travels in Japan very easy with constant access to maps etc.

Did a last minute order. Support was very fast at answering my questions and making sure I have the device as soon as possible while I was travelling from Kyoto to Tokyo.

I recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan. I was connected at all times, the data size was more than enough for my 4 week stay. I had it delivered to my hotel, so it was there upon my check in. Return via mail was also smooth and easy.

This is a perfect solution if you need constantly WIFI i Japan. It works, it's easy to get, and it's easy to deliver back.
