Have rented from Japan Wireless for our last 4 trips to Japan. Always excellent service and products. Will definitely use them again.

Extremely satisfied (10 day trip in Tokyo) with the pocket WiFi for family use. My wife, daughter and I had no issues or complaints (easy setup and package). On my next visit in 2026 will purchase an eSIM card for myself.

We rented 2 units so we never had to worry about the charge during the day or the amount of data we were using. Since we were constantly on Google maps to get around this was critical.

Such great service during our entire trip around Japan!

Traveled from the USA to Japan for 10 days. Tried cellular without the eSIM first and it was painfully slow. I have T-Mobile with a plan that gives me free cellular while traveling, but not at the highest speeds. Then I tried the eSIM and problem solved! Great, fast, reliable. Well worth the $15 or whatever it was. I definitely recommend.

I enjoyed using this service. Easy to set up, good battery life with a spare battery. Speed was good everywhere I travelled. Easy pick up and return.

This was not my first time using Japan Wireless as my pocket WIFI provider while in Japan. The cost was reasonable, pick up & drop off was simple, and using the device worked flawlessly during my month of travel throughout Japan. The additional power bank was a bonus. This time, I had absolutely no issues with streaming high-speed Internet as had on previous trips. Japan Wireless just keeps getting better each time and I will use again on my next trip to Japan!
