Fantastic device, I tried going around Japan without one my first time and had a hard time getting wifi anywhere. With this, I could get all the wifi I needed on all my devices for less than my international data charges. Pickup from post office was right at the airport and drop-off was easy too with the prepaid envelope.

Everything was perfectly organized. The set even contains a charger and an envelope to send the Wireless back. You can put it in any mailbox in town or at the airport.

The things need while vacationing in Japan: food, water, shelter and pocket wifi. I cannot stress how important it is to have WiFi access when traveling in Japan. Addresses can be hard to understand for people who aren't native. We would not have survived our vacation without our Google maps and directions. Thank you for provide excellent and dependable service. We never had any connection issues and the battery life was great. If it was a long day we did have to tap into the spare battery but other than that everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

Used Japan Wireless' pocket WiFi during our trip in Japan last year. Speedy, reliable internet. Made our trip so much easier to navigate. Will use them again should we make another trip.

Great connection everywhere in tokyo. pocket wi-fi unit is very easy to use and has long battery life.

We booked Japan Wireless online from Germany and picked up the device without any problem at Haneda Airport. During our stay (two weeks), we had no connection or limitation problems with our device. We would definitely recommend it for everyone travelling to Japan.
