Docomo SIM easy to install. Good Internet connection everywhere in Tokyo, Nikko and Hiroshima.

I have ordered the sim card due to my own fault a bit more than 24 hours before arrival and the sim was delivered the next evening (probably even during the afternoon) when I got to to the hotel.
The reception and speed was so good and fast that I didn’t notice that I wasn’t using WiFi from home or at the hotel and I am still using a mobile phone that doesn’t even support 5G yet.

Nous sommes une famille de 6 et avons voyagé au Japon (Tokyo, Odawara, Hakone, Kyōto, Nara, Osaka) 15 jours début Septembre 2024. Comme convenu des cartes SIM nous attendaient à l’hôtel dès notre arrivée; l’installation et la connexion au réseau est simple (ne pas oublier de redémarrer le téléphone après installation). La qualité du signal était très bonne partout, et le rapport qualité / prix est de mon point de vue imbattable. Je recommande vivement cette solution.

Sim ricevuta il giorno del mio arrivo in hotel. Dati sempre attivi senza alcun problema.

Para todos aquellos que estéis dudando en hacerlo o no, nosotros contratamos 2 tarjetas SIM para 15 días (ya que uno de nuestros terminales no aceptaba e-Sim), con recogida en el aeropuerto de NARITA.

Una vez llegamos al aeropuerto, seguimos las instrucciones del email que nos enviaron para recoger las tarjetas y posteriormente instalarlas. El proceso es muy fácil y en apenas unos minutos tuvimos Internet durante toda nuestra estancia en Japón (desde el 15 al 29 de agosto).

No tuvimos ningún problema con la cobertura ni el consumo, estuvimos utilizando Google Maps para orientarnos, redes sociales y demás y en ningún momento perdimos conexión ni datos.

Nuestra experiencia fue totalmente satisfactoria y recomendamos esta compañía.
