Everything worked perfect

I used this pocket wifi with my friend and it worked flawlessly! Didn't have any issues, only minor issue was the size of the pocket wifi. It was huge along with the wireless charger, but other than that worked great for 2 people!

It was really helpful to have this hotspot in our trip. The device was different from the picture but it worked as it should be. It was a little dirty and old but still worked. I have used this service on my three trips in Japan and did not have any issue besides a small one with the USB cable provided that was damaged but I got a new one in a konbini. Japan Wireless offered me the refund of the amount of the cable but I already got rid off of the ticket, but still was a good costumer service provided.

La batteria era in grado di durare circa 12 ore, e comunque c'era la powe bank per ricaricare a disposizione.

The device has always worked very well and the wi-fi range has never dropped, once even better than that of the hotel.
The battery was able to last about 12 hours, and in any case there was a power bank available to recharge.

The ease of pickup from the airport was on time and very clear where to pickup . Thr wifi and battery pack were already fully charged and ready to go . I appreciate the slim and compact design of the pocket WiFi , as well as charging cables the package came with . Returning back the items was also easy with thr shipping return envelope given and the mailboxes conveniently located at pretty much every Terminal at Haneda airport . Would rent from again, the next time I’m in Japan.

This WiFi works on the entire country of Japan from Fukuoka in the south to Hokkaido in the north and we only ever lost the signal twice in the remotest parts of Hokkaido.
Highly recommended especially if you have multiple gadgets to connect to WiFi.

We received the pocket wi-fi at our hotel as required. The setup of the device was very easy and in two minutes our phones were connected to the wi-fi. No issues with it during our stay in Japan.
