We ordered the wifi online from the states and pickup up the package from Haneda terminal. The process was extremely easy including the return procedure. There was no issue on the service during the entire trip (12-days). We had connection the whole time from Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Kyoto, Gotemba, etc. I’m very happy with the service.

Absolutely amazing to have whilst in Japan. Always had WiFi and other members of your group can log onto it and use it as long as you are all together. Were able to Google maps etc. and never lost our way. My Samsung phone didn't allow me to have a esim so this was idea. You have an extra battery pack and this will keep you going. Had mine delivered to the hotel and it was easy to just drop off at the airport. So simple. Thank you.

It worked fine for my purpose, mainly uploading photos, messaging, and occasionally streaming. They sent the device a day in advance; it was waiting for me when I arrived in Japan. Returning the device was easy as well, put it in the pre addressed envelope and mailed it from the airport departure floor. I will use the service again.

I really do think that it really was worth it. WE were 3 people travelling to Japan from the US. My son and I had the international data plan but it would have been more expensive. I had watched some videos and went with Japan wireless. Online sign up was easy and the pickup was right in the airport. Was already charged. The representative gave us a rundown which was very thorough (even though he spoke very little English). We had coverage everywhere, even in Mt. Fuji. They also give a power pack incase it drains down. The return was also easy. We just dropped off at the airport's Lawson store, and received an email from them the next day that they had received it. I would definitely recommend it for anyone that is going to be in Tokyo, and would definitely take it again. Thank you Japan wireless for giving us the peace of mind when we were there.

Highly recommended by my partner and I as we travelled around for a month around Japan's mainland and even to the island of Okinawa. We only had to use the batt pack once and had to do one restart on the device, but it was only due to overheating on a heatwave day. Compact, light, my partner carried it in his pocket or in my day bag.

Super handy with how to post back with the additional tip of posting it before the airport security. Pick up was also very quick and easy to locate.
