We picked the portable WiFi from KIX and dropped it off in a mailbox 18 days later when we departed from HND. No issues with service at all. Pick up and drop off were easy. Would recommend.

We rented for a week from Narita. Easy to rent and return. Worked great all week without exception. Never needed a charge during day...

Had easy pick up from Narita and left it with the front desk at our hotel in Osaka who sent it away for us. Had good coverage throughout our trip, the only time was high in the hills of Hakone, it was hard to connect. Will definitely use again.

Great product and service

I highly recommend Japan wireless for their excellent service and quality. Never had an issue with the connection, the battery life on the pocket wifi was excellent. I would definitely use them again on our next trip to Japan.

Excellent, would book again!

Easy to get at the airport, and easy to return at a post office box. Price is competitive. The wire they gave me didn't work, but I had an extra on me. The internet is also "ok", but definitely not high speed. It did in fact work everywhere, including islands off of mainland Japan. Would get again.
