We rented a pocket wi fi. We picked it up at the first hotel booked and it was complete with everything. Cables and power banks. We had connection everywhere we stayed. Four of us used it for more than 8 hours a day. Impeccable service.

Great sevice every were. Battery lasted all day. Got me to all the places I needed to be.

Good experience, worked flawlessly Most of the time

I've been using Japan wireless for years already and the service is still the best. Delivery on time and instructions are clear. Never had to use the spare battery since the gadget itself lasted me 12-14 hrs. However, I noticed that the speed of the wifi/data was not as fast as before. I was in Nagoya so I figured probably the connection was just slower. I got used to super fast speeds before. Am still contented and happy with the speed overall, just noticed that it became slower. Will still go japan wireless though. Will not change my data provider while am in Japan. Thanks a lot

This was a must have for our trip to Tokyo. Japan Wireless delivered it to our hotel and it was waiting for us at check in. Return was a breeze- just packed it up in the provided envelope and the hotel staff put it in the mail for us. Thank you for keeping us connected in Japan!

Used pocket wifi for 2 weeks in multiple cities. Everything was easy to use and worked well. Also very convenient to just drop off in mail at airport. Would use again and definitely recommend!

The internet has been reliable for the most part. There were times when it was slow but it occurred in remote/crowded areas which is understandable.
