Service was excellent for the 10days we use, and we recommend Japan wireless to our friends.

Used WiFi unit for 21 days from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka to Nara to Kanazawa to Mt Fuji to Hakone to Kamakura to Yokohama. Seamless coverage. With included power pack, never ran out of power.

Reliable wifi, easy pick up and return, value for money. Only downside is the battery pack included seems to be faulty and not able to charge it when the battery gets low so we used our own. But aside from that overall good! Can connect up to 10 devices which is great for big groups. Will book this again when I come back to Japan!
