I have used Japan Wireless on previous trips and once again, was very pleased with the product. Its reliability and accessibility in remote areas makes it a worthwhile addition to your travel kit.

It would have been a five star for the service, price and convenience of obtaining the router and returning it. However, while using the router, there was a few times that I lost my WIFI connection. Fortunately, it was easy to reconnect the router to my iPhone. Also, I might have had an older model compared to my friend (which he had no problems with). I would definitely utilize your service again! Thank you!

Super easy process to get the wireless pocket wifi, and just as easy to use throughout the holiday. No issues at all, will definitely use again!

The whole experience was great. The website was easy to navigate and the rental process was a breeze. They gave simple direction and picking up the wifi box was easy. Internet service was great and never dropped. Battery lasted the whole day and never had to use the power bank provided. The return was even simpler, placed it back in the provided envelope and drop it in the outgoing mail. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

Pocket wifi was awesome. Worked wherever we were through Tokyo/Osaka and their surrounds. Only downside was the powerbank. Think we got a dodgie one. It would charge up but as soon as you plug in to recharge it will go straight down to nothing. Pocket wifi was awesome though.

Easily picked up and drop off. Speed and availability was great when in metro areas. Coverage in Hakone area was spotty and not available most of the time.
