The service was exactly as stated on the website. The wifi kit was delivered to hotel and return in the replied paid envelope was very easy. We dropped it off at the airport and the instructions about how to do this (including where the postbox was located) was very clear. We had no issues with the unit while traveling. I would not hesitating using this service when we are next in Japan.

We had a number of choices for WiFi in Japan and we decided to go with Japan Wireless because of the good reviews. They did not disappoint! Service was excellent throughout our travels and we found the pick up and drop off so easy. When we come back to Japan we will definitely choose Japan Wireless again.

I ordered the Premium Wifi before my trip to Japan on May 17th of this year and was scheduled to pick it up at Narita airport. I was a little nervous that it might be a hassle and I would be able to find the shop in the airport. There was no reason to worry, I found the shop with ease and the line picking it up was short. The unit worked great right out of the packet that was given to me and within a few minutes my wife and I were up and running. It worked great throughout our trip and the only gripe I have, was the battery life was short, but they do provide an extra battery supply to keep you running through the day. They provided me a prepaid return envelope to put my Wifi unit in and I dropped it in mailbox at the airport, before we went through security. I received an email the next day saying they had received the unit. I will be using this company again on my next trip to Japan.

Molto consigliato. Ottimo servizio di ritiro e consegna. Utilizzo molto semplice. Mai avuto problemi di ricezione e funzionamento. Personalmente non ho mai avuto bisogno di utilizzare la batteria di riserva ma il mio utilizzo è stato basic (in vacanza non per lavoro intensivo)
