Very Good wifi experience. Too high ping for mobile games though

I have been very concerned that we were gonna be slowed down with our Internet when we were in Japan, but we had it for two weeks and it did not happen once. Excellent service.

Highly recommend. Very easy to collect and return at airport. Simple to connect multiple devices and very portable. Used constantly for 3 week trip using maps, sending &receiving emails, booking tickets on the go and looking up local information. Will use again on next trip

The internet was fast and never had any issues throughout the day. The pocket wifi itself lasted over 10 hours before it needed charging. Got it to play pokemon go lol

This is the second year that we have chosen pocket wifi instead of e-sim. We used it connected to two mobile devices, we had to charge it every evening because we used the navigator a lot when we had to drive. In Kiushu it worked perfectly, in Hokkaido we lost the signal on the route from Biei to Akan (through the Daisetsuzan National Park, between tunnels and mountain passes but it would have happened even with a normal connection) and going back from Kushiro to Noboribetsu (again due to the tunnels and going up in nature reserves). I recommend it, we will definitely take it again to discover the next island.

We had a wonderful experience using the router while in Japan. Had an excellent charge life and reception in the countryside on our trip to Mt Fuji. Would definitely rent this product again!

The pocket WiFi was fast, reliable, and easy to use. I stayed connected everywhere I went — from cities to rural spots. Highly recommended for hassle-free travel!
