So easy to pick up and use. Drop off was easy too. It was a little slow even though it said unlimited. Maybe there’s a cap to high speed internet but it still worked for navigation.

Once again we used Japan Wireless to get hotspots for our trip to Japan. They are easy to work with and the wifi hotspot was at the hotel waiting on my when I arrived. We did have one unit that was experiencing short battery life. Other than that, they performed very well.

We got the 1 month package and used it all over Japan. We had 1-3 people on it and used it all day long. Rarely had any signal loss, and that was mostly inside basements of large buildings. I'll use it again next trip.

Great service! Had the packet sent to the hotel. Very compact WiFi. Came with zipper pouch & portable charger. Shared with my son. Easy to carry around. Gave packet to hotel staff to mail back when we checked out. Highly recommended.

The gadget was very useful during our trip we had WiFi all the time. The only inconvenient was the battery was not enough to keep us all day long connected.
