Battery life was a bit short but other companies don’t offer the extra battery pack so this is a great that’s it’s included here. Had no problems picking up and returning the WiFi and the coverage was good!

I picked up my pocket wifi when I arrived in Japan with no issues. The instructions were very easy to follow. The battery even lasted me the whole day. Returning it was just as easy too. All you had to do was put everything into a pre-addressed envelope and drop it into the post before entering security. It was so convenient and made my trip easier especially when trying to navigate through the city. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to my friends!

The unit itself worked great, the speed was enough for 3 people to be using it simultaneously and the battery lasted 8-10 hours on a full charge.

The only problem I had was that the connectors on the battery bank were damaged so it was unusable. Because of that I would recommend having your own battery bank.
