The pocket wifi helped a lot while I was on my holiday. It came in handy when trying to check for train timetables and to communicate with friends and family via social media. Would 100% recommend this to anyone travelling to Japan.

Thank you for the very smooth delivery and return. It worked well though the battery drained very fast. Had to keep it attached to the extended battery.

We travel to Japan once a year and this is the first time we ever rent wifi. Not sure why we have never done so but this comes very handy esp for our little one. awesome reception and battery life not as bad as others mentioned. Will definitely rent them again.
