Un pocket wifi es imprescindible para los que viajamos a Japón. El servicio con Japan Wireless fue perfecto y el modem era muy rápido. Lo que no sé valorar es el precio con la competencia.

Absolutely the easiest way to have good quality internet everywhere you go. Especially good if you have multiple devices that you want to keep connected.

Premium wifi has been the perfect companion to our 3 weeks trip in japan! We are a couple and both of us could stay connected, look for our way, search restaurant options as we go. It definitely made our trip easy going. The additional battery was also great to have. While the pocket wifi can definitely bear a day without charging, we also used it for our phones. Liberating! And service was great: we receive the pocket wifi at the hotel in Osaka, returned it from the airport in Tokyo. Very easy! Thank you!

The wifi unit we rented worked great and the extra portable battery provided was great as well as we never had to worry about the wifi unit dying.

Great value

Easily picked up, beforehand they give you options what part of the airport is convenient for you. Set up is easy, and loved the connection. Never reached a drop zone nor battery die on me. The battery lasts long. Upon returning, they provide you with an envelope and all you have to do is mail it from any red box mailbox at the airport.

I really enjoyed using Japan wireless! Their service was quick and easily accessible! Instructions for pick up and drop off were clear and simple. My family and I had no connectivity issues at all. Definitely recommend for travellers to Japan and we will definitely book for Japan wireless again the next time we go to Japan!
