Received our unit timely at our hotel in Okinawa. WiFi connectivity was consistent with all our devices throughout our trip.

Perfect for my visit in Tokyo

Product performed great throughout the main cities we visited, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, and in the hills above Hakone. Charged it every night and it lasted all day. Worked great on all the Bullet Train rides. The price was well worth it. It was waiting for us at our hotel upon arrival and we mailed it back in the envelope provided at the airport when we departed. Could not imagine this trip without it.

Great product easy to set up and use no problems with collection or drop off would use again

Worked exactly as expected. Good coverage both in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. The battery lasted for a normal day of use. Would sometimes give up in the evening after a heavy day of google mapping but thats what the power banks for. Delivery to hotel and drop off at post box on airport very convenient. Very pleased with the service provided overall.
