The WiFi worked great with battery pack working 24 hours for our 10 day trip. Could never get around without it.

I made a last minute reservation because the sim I ordered elsewhere didn’t work. It was so fast and easy to book a pocket wifi! The connection is so good as well and very easy to return! Would definitely book again!

I loved the router and thought it was the most convenient way to stay connected while in Japan. The only con that didn't work well was when we were on the bullet train, the router did not work. Once we were at our destination, I just re-started the router and it worked well again!

It works amazing. The signal was always strong (except in tunnels while riding the bullet train), the battery life was as advertised, and it kept three people connected throughout our travels in Japan. The return is also super simple. Keep the envelope they give you, which is already addressed, and drop in any post office box. Done.
WIFI in Japan is a must to find your way around and scope places to eat. Can't recommend this enough.
