We used about 20GB in 15 days as 2 Persons and it worked perfectly all the time. Didn‘t have any connection issues all that time. Would definitely take it again.

This device had great coverage throughout Tokyo. We never lost service and the battery lasted throughout the day - sometimes without having to use the power bank.

Japan wireless made our first trip to Japan so easy. We ordered a week before and they had our pocket Wi-Fi ready to go when we arrived to our hotel. Easy instructions, had an extra battery for when we needed to use it all day. Helped us locate our way around Japan. Didn't have to stress about returning the device as it has a prepackaged envelope which we dropped off before we went through the departure gates at Narita airport.
