Provide good product and service

We ordered 2 wi-fi units to be delivered to our hotel. They were there when we checked in and the units came with power banks which were very useful. We didn’t really use the pocket translator as the Google app on our phones worked better for us. My only suggestion would be to provide 2 return envelopes when multiple units are to be returned as we struggled to get everything in the envelope then it was too big to go in the postbox at the airport so we had to open and rearrange. We would use again as very happy with the product. Thank you.

The customer service is excellent, very responsive! Five + stars! I found the router connection and speeds to be sometimes good, sometimes not so good, somewhat unreliable: 3 stars.

Servicing a modum half way through the month seemed strange, but other
wise no complaint.

In a country where getting a sim-card is relatively difficult (Residence ID/Bank account requirement) for a tourist, this solves all the issues of staying online at all times in Japan. It gets delivered to any address including hotels on your arrival in Japan and comes with a portable power bank, free of charge. The speed is good and the data is unlimited. On your last day of stay, just pop everything into the enclosed return envelope (postage already paid) and post it in any post box (many in airports) and you are done. Couldn't be any simpler and more useful - highly recommended.
