I’m pleased with the speed and connection of the WiFi. The return process is straightforward and I liked it too.
The only comment I want to make is that I would like to have your email which confirms that you have received the returned product from me. I suppose you did now that you sent me this request for a review, but until then, I keep checking my emails and credit card statements wondering whether the whole process has now been completed without any penalty incurred on me. Other than that, no issues. I’ll use your service again next time I travel. Thanks.

I rented the premium pocket wifi from Wireless Japan. The whole experience was very smooth, from pickup to dropoff in the post. The internet worked well and never slowed down or experienced any difficulty.
I would easily choose this again!

This device was very easy to use, had unlimited service, was small and convenient to carry, easy to connect to, the only downside I found was it is a bit pricey. For 10 days in Japan you pay about $62 but to have access our entire trip without issues I would use this service again without fail.

I rented a Pocket Wifi not long ago, and I can say it was the best decision I made since my phone didn't have space for another SIM neither an E-SIM. This service works really well everywhere in Japan. Adding up, it comes with a power bank and its own charge cable. It is a really good option if you find yourself in a similar situation to mine.

We were in Japan for a couple of months and this solved our issue of going through phone data really quickly! All worked well even with several people connecting at once. The kit was delivered to our hotel at the time they advised and it was easy to drop off back at the airport

Ho ritirato il Wifi in aeroporto, il ritiro è stato abbastanza facile perchè le istruzioni erano molto ben fatte. C'era anche una powerbank, ma non mi è praticamente mai servita con 2 soli dispositivi collegati durante il giorno. Prendeva dovunque, mai avuti problemi di connessione. La riconsegna è stata ancora più facile del ritiro, e ho potuto usare il Wifi fino all'ultimo momento.

Quickly delivered to my apartment. Used for 3 months. Never really had any signal issue, although that does depend on reception in your area.
