We were travelling for two weeks and the portable wifi was perfect. Very smooth pickup, setup and use. Never an issue. Very easy east drop off!

The device was at our hotel when we arrived as arranged, it was very easy to set up which the reception staff helped us with.
Worked perfectly the whole trip, only neg was we needed another charging cord to charge both the device and battery pack as couldn’t charge both at same time over night at our hotels and charging was slow.
Would definitely use again l!

I ordered this product during my first trip to Japan. The price was reasonable and they delivered to my hotel. The battery lasted all day and I had plenty of bandwidth in Tokyo and Kyoto. Highly recommend!
