Very easy to order (I ordered from Switzerland) and it arrived right on time when we checked into the hotel! The device worked perfectly, the battery held its charge well, and it connected to the network without any issues. Returning it was simple—just drop it in a post office box at a 7-Eleven. I highly recommend it to any traveler heading to Japan!

Highly recommend for traveling around Japan if you're worried about internet connection. Easy pickup, easy return, and very consistent WiFi coverage on 5 devices our entire trip. Included power bank is very helpful as well.

We were very pleased with the pocket WiFi. We had 4 cell phones connected for 14 days and we never had an issue whatsoever. Very fast WiFi. Pickup and return was very simple. Will definitely use again!

Great service and coverage

We were in Japan for 2 weeks and used Japan Wireless Premium with great success. There were 3 of us, and one of the phones could not use E-sims, so wireless was the best option. From Shibuya to Naoshima Island we had no trouble with the wifi, and speed was generally good.

We opted to get the premium insurance for peace of mind, which ended up being great because I had accidentally packed the wifi device in my checked luggage and was unable to return it at the airport.

Used across Tokyo region - Nikko, Yokohama, Fuji, Disney, Kamakura etc.
Perfect connectivity. Does job without any connectivity hassle.

Impressive of 4g+ connexion

Three of us were using this and it worked great. Just have to keep an eye on the battery. The first day we didn’t realize it was dying until our phones stopped working. After that, we knew to keep an eye on the it charge throughout the day.

Pocket wifi worked well throughout our stay in Japan. Rarely needed to use the powerbank unless we were out for more than 12 hours I think. Good coverage throughout, even the more 'rural' parts of Japan.
