Good connection and easy to use. Battery does die fairly quickly and their powerbank can be to small if you use it for a long day so I would recommend to bring your own powerbank.

Could not be happier with the service. WiFi was seamlessly delivered to our hotel for our arrival. The pouch contained everything needed including a power bank. The unit lasted all day and we just fully charged it overnight. Perfect WiFi service and then easy to drop off at the airport at the end.

Superb product that you need on a visit . We ordered and collected from our hotel and within minutes we had superb Mobile Wi-Fi . We charged overnight and was good to go the next day. It worked everywhere and you will need it as Tokyo is not the easiest city to navigate . A real must have at a decent price too ! On leaving just pop into envelope provided and put in a post box..it’s that simple. Five star service .. five star product.. +++++

Easy peasy process, ordered online, found a 20% off code online, picked up at the airport and dropped at a mailbox before entering the airport when leaving…..speed were faster than most free WiFi and hotel WiFi, battery lasted all day without using the free battery pack that it came with. Will use Japan wireless next time in Japan!

It was my first time trying out Japan Wireless and it was awesome! Everything was so convenient — from booking to pickup, and drop-off. I love how lightweight the unit is too compared to other pocket wifis we’ve tried in the past. I also love that it comes with a handy powerbank. Overall, we were happy with the service. Speeds were fast and reliable. The pocket wifi lasted pretty long almost never used the backup charger. This was for a group of two though so your mileage may vary

Great service the whole time! Pick-up and drop off at Haneda was super easy and quick - I really appreciated that they provided an external battery pack with the device. Overall would strongly recommend this to anyone traveling in Japan
