This was so easy to pick up at Narita airport and drop off via post. The included portable charger and wall adapter was a life saver as well! The pocket wifi was cheaper than a travel SIM for 2 people and reliable, fast internet connection.

Optimum coverage and functionality. Battery was enough for the entire day. Easy pick up but (the only cons) I had to drop back via standard post instead of giving at airport. I would've preferred to give back at airport as advertised.

It worked so well. Kept a charge and I always had high speed wifi. Will definitely use them again when I return to Japan. Was traveling solo so only used for one device and can’t speak to how well it would work for multiple devices, but it was so easy to use. A bit heavy to carry around (I always had a shoulder bag or tote) so keep that in mind, however my last night I went out and just stuck it in my pant pocket and hardly noticed once I got used to it.
