signal was always good, battery life was long

rented multiple pocket wifi's for family trip. had no issues with wifi service throughout tokyo & kansai area. we had the wifi's on all day, especially to check google maps & still only needed to charge at end of each day. the only inconvenient part of the whole process was finding the pick up counter at haneda. no clear directions & counter was almost hidden behind a huge column in deserted area.

Need direction to post office to pick up the device. Next time, I will send to hotel.

We rented the Wi-Fi for a two week trip throughout Japan. They had the device delivered to our first hotel and it work extremely well throughout, as long as we had the charging block available for the end of the day. There were three of our family members using it, almost constantly. Dropped it in mail box at airport on the way home. Very way and reliable.

We rented the internet wireless for 3 days while we were in Tokyo. It was working great. It was always connected even though we were underground waiting for the subway.

I had internet all my trip and not had problem. Very easy return it.
