This pocket wifi haf great coverage, connected reliably, and really was fast and unlimited. We had access to Verizon international coverage with our cell plan, but it was unreliable and costly for data. This device easily covered for our carrier's shortcomings.

June 2023. This was honestly such a simple process to order, pick up and drop off this wonderful WiFi hotspot. We picked it up at Haneda airport, from a small kiosk. There were a few different kiosks that looked similar to me, but I found the correct one with a tiny bit of help. The product was a cinch to set up, and all of our iPhones, iPads and Mac laptops just connected, and stayed connected. The drop off at Haneda airport in a Japan post box was similarly easy. For a full day of touring and walking around, it was sometimes helpful to have the battery pack. Really, one of the best travel connectivity investments we've done, and we travel all over the world.
