The device was waiting for us at our hotel. It was easy to use and the whole family could connect simultaneously. We never had to use the backup battery. Returning the device was as easy as popping the pre-addressed package into the postbox at the airport.

Good experience. It happened sometimes that the device got locked without a clear reason and I had to unlock it

The device is super easy and intuitive, plus the delivery/drop out works perfectly.
Sometimes the device does not get service.

Premium Wifi was delivered to my hotel, as requested. Instructions that were easy to follow were inside, so the connection with own mobile was done in a minute. The device worked good during the week. Just I had to charge it every evening.

Very well organised logistically. A little bit costly.

Had two of these in my group and they cover basically anything that had to be done on the phone. It even covered doing homework across the world, so yeah pretty good.

I spent 2 weeks in Japan with my family and ordered this wifi to stay connected. Very good product, good autonomy and no issue.
