WiFi router was delivered to our hotel room when we arrived. The unit performed without any issues and lasted throughout the day. Charged at night, with minimal need for the additional battery. Our 2nd time using your services and can say it was a very smooth experience again. Arigato.

I'm really happy with the network that Japan wireless provided during my Japan trip. I rented campervan during my trip and traveled 12 days on road and didn't come with gps. I got Japan wireless router rental and it served me great. Not only directing, but also took it with me wherever I went for translation purposes which saved me :-) my wireless router didn't fail me n stood by my side with 100% network strength n also ease of pickup n dropoff service at the airport. 10 out of ten n highly recommend!

Excellent no issues with the device

Was waiting for me at my hotel in arrival with everything I needed included in the package. Worked extremely well for the whole trip and was very easy to send back at the end of my trip. Highly recommend.

My reservation and delivery to our hotel were seamless. I was also able to easily put the return package in the mail at our hotel upon departure. Instructions for use were great and the product worked well for us while visiting Tokyo from the US.
