It worked right out of the box with no problems

Love this device when travelling to Japan. Easy to use and easy to pick up at the Airport. Will use them again when I'm over there again.

Terrific pocket Wi-Fi. No problems related to coverage or service. Very convenient with hotel pickup. Will definitely use this product and service on our next trip to Japan. We highly recommend this service.

Hotel delivery was very handy. Airport return so perfect. Loved having internet whenever we went and the usb adapter was so helpful.

The signal and speed are very good, only in Tokyo Disney the internet stop to work

This WiFi was amazing. Small enough to carry in my small purse and the battery lasted all day. They also included an extra battery if you needed it. All 7 of us could connect at once.

It was super easy to set up and use. Only had to recharge it during the day if we had a big day out such as Disneyland but otherwise worked for us perfectly. Also had super fast internet speed!!

Rarely lost connection, only had to restart twice in two weeks. Fast speeds, 100+ Mbps, and was able to use in multiple cities.

5/5 stars, great experience working with Japan Wireless. The power block that came with the kit wasn’t working and they sent a new one to my hotel right away
