The mobile Wifi device provided good coverage 95% of the time, even when we were in some pretty remote areas in Japan. The device battery lasted a full day after each charge, never had to use the spare battery.

The drop off at my hotel was super convenient and return envelope made it so simple to hand it over when I left Japan. I'll use this always in the future, instead of relying on my cell phone coverage $100 for a month, which sometimes doesn't work.

A friend told me to get a portable WiFi while I’m in Japan so that I can have service while there. I ordered one from Japan Wireless. I was able to pick it up at the airport and drop it in the Japan Post mailbox before going through security on my way out of Japan. The wireless device came with easy instructions and a mailer to put the device and its other parts before sending it off in the mailbox. I Will definitely do this again when I come back to visit.

This was the 2nd time we ordered and used. Pick up from Haneda airport and mailed it back from Haneda airport. Very easy. Worked perfect
