Very good product, travelled solo in Japan for 2 weeks with it, totally recommended

Ordered online from England, had email two days before arrival date saying it's on its way, had an email saying it had arrived, we got to and had to waste a bit of time before check in, Pocket WiFi was ready and waiting, set it up and off we went, didn't have a single problem, absolute must for Tokyo too, great price, (about £40). Perfection.

I had no problem on connecting the wi-fi when I was in Japan and it's good value of money.

Very good service wifi unit was waiting for us at hotel very simple to use and return at the end of rental with return envelope

Was great and easy to use

Picked up our pocket wifi at Haneda airport lightening fast w/a friendly agent - had no problem following the directions to connect to our device & use it throughout our trip around Tokyo.
Charged it nightly with my phone - as I was the only one using it in our group the battery life was great - at most I used 40% daily & never needed the extra power bank provided but was nice to know I had if I needed it.
I carried a backpack & the device & power bank was not heavy at all imo, I was relieved at how small & light it actually was.
Wifi service was great though out all main tourist spots of Tokyo.
I was very happy to have the device at Tokyo Disneyland to get the Priority, Premier, & Standby Passes for the popular rides (some people in our group not using the device & relying on disney wifi had connection issues missed out on some popular rides/also noticed others around us having connection problems relying on Tokyo Disney’s Wifi in the entrance area /not sure if it was a flook that day only but I was so thankful to have the device so my sister & I were able to get popular rides priority, premier, & standby passes on my own wifi network!! - another BIG reason to purchase Japan Wifi for your Disneyland stay imo!)
At the end of our visit, we dropped the device package in the included preaddresed return envelope in a tokyo mailbox before we got into the cab to the airport. I would not hesitate to use Japan Wireless again or recommend them in a second! A flawless experience from start to finish!
