It was very useful throughout our trip, there were just minor inconveniences that came with it though. We often had to reset the network because it would not be working and also the battery ran out pretty fast. It did come with an extra portable battery which helped but had to charge both items every night. Overall, it did its job, it was easy to use and easy to return. For the price, it was perfect for our 10- day trip. Would definitely rent again.

Very satisfied with the Japan Wireless for 13 days usage as the battery can last the entire day from 8am till 11pm, with strong signal as I on my goggle map to travel on bus, walking and train. I had not used the power bank to charge Japan Wireless, instead used it to charge my mobile phone.

This is an excellent option for people who have locked cellphones when visit Japan. It may be confusing at first on how to activate the wifi, but once it connected to the network, it works very well. I recommend to people who want to keep their home country sim cards.

Easy hotel pick-up and drop-off at postal delivery. No problems with Wi-Fi connection. Will use Japan Wireless again on our next trip.

Very convenient! Very easy return process too. There's a post box inside Narita and you just have to drop it off before security check.
