Amazing company, picked up my portable wifi in Ueno on the day I ordered it after another unit i had rented from a competitor didn’t work. The person I picked it up from was also very helpful.

It worked right away and they even issued a partial refund after I had to return to America early because of COVID 19. The next time I visit Japan i will definitely use their services again!
