Not staying at a hotel, no problem. I just entered the address of the nearest post office and picked up my wifi there. Email confirmation had instructions in English and Japanese to help explain to the post office worker what I needed. Wifi worked great, I only had a couple of issues that went away if I held the power button down to conduct a hard reset. This was my second time renting from Japan Wireless and I will use them again. 10/10 recommend!

This is a very convenient device!

Japan Wireless had the best rate and the process to order, set up and return was so easy. It was there on the day I arrived and just had to drop it off in the mailbox at the airport. I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent pocket wifi in Japan.

Good prduct when we use it its not slow

Quick service and good prices. One year ago I got a wireless because I was staying in the hospital. The wireless came with instructions that were easy to understand and actually came a few days earlier than I needed them. There was also a return envelope for the wireless device so that I could send it back easily through the mail. Five stars!
