Connection always good

This was my second time using the service and it worked just as well as the first. Pick up is simple and quick, and the wifi is fast and reliable.

Very easy to use. It works 99% of the time while we were in Japan for 3 weeks. One suggestion would for Japan Wireless is to fully charged the pocket WiFi before customer pickup it up. We were not able to use it right away because ours were not fully charged. We had to wait for it to charge at the airport before we can use it to get to our hotel.

Used Japan Wireless pocket WiFi all around Kyushu and Honshu. It worked well in almost all places. Provided fast internet and WhatsApp calls. A godsend for using Google translate. Definitely worth what paid for.😎👍❤️

I recommend anyone traveling to Japan to rent one of these. Works everywhere. We never had to worry about not being connected. And it was easy to pick up (delivered to our hotel) and easy to drop off at the airport on our way home.

Got the device in advance of the scheduled delivery and it connected my family to the internet. I like that the standard business package already includes an external battery, it allows me use it the whole day and just charge once at the of the day

Our recent holiday in Japan was made all the more enjoyable by having access to our pocket wireless device. Easy to get/return, easy to set-up, competitive pricing, and very convenient. Connectivity was great wherever we travelled, and the device was small enough to pack into a bum bag. We were very happy and will use again.
