Worked flawlessly, would definitely recommend

The device arrived promptly and the connection was reliable. We stayed in just one area though (Gifu).

I availed their Business Wi-Fi for 9 days and I didn't have any problems. The connection was fast and it doesn't have any interruptions even I'm on the mountains (I went to Nikko, Nasu and Daigo). Also, the pick-up and returning of the Pocket Wi-Fi is fast and easy. Definitely will avail this again when I get back to Japan.

Easy to use.

It was my first time to avail a WiFi Rental service in Japan and I was really satisfied with the service. It was easy to order, easy to pick-up, easy to use, and easy to return thus it was a really user friendly experience. I recommend getting the Unlimited Data plans. It would seem a little pricey at first but in the long run it would be cheaper compared to Fixed Data plans. You also do not have to worry about your data allocation anymore because you know it is unlimited. On my next return to Japan, I will surely avail of their service again.

I have experienced ordering pocket wifi with Japan wireless a couple of times when I visited Japan. Their service is very efficient and they deliver the pocket wifi to my hotel one day before the scheduled delivery. Returning of the pocket wifi is also very convenient because the envelope where the pocket wifi is supposed to be inserted is already sent to you. You just have to look for the post box at the airport. I will definitely use japan wireless again on my future trips to Japan.

I am very happy with the rental. I found the service very reliable. Also, the battery life of the device is long. I will definitely use this service again when I visit Japan again.
