We had ours delivered to our hotel. Delivery was on time. Setup and use was easy. Return was very easy too. It was an invaluable tool, especially when navigating the train systems.

I was shipped to my hotel and I dropped it in a mail box in the airport for return.
The internet was down for couple of hours during a rainy night when i needed to know my way around

I highly recomend Japan Wireless. We never had any problem with the router. There was one instance where it died even the battery was fully charged. We just rebooted it and it went back up. The pick up and drop off instructions were easy and communication was good. Price was good for the rental and we used the router anywhere we go. We wouldn’t have survived our trip without wifi. It was our first time in Japan and this helped us a lot with our navigation. Over all we were satisfied with this product and company.

I had mine for 19days and it was the best decision. It worked great all the time except for one incident where it just stopped. But their Service was so nice, that they even offered to send me a new one, which was not even necessary, because mine started to work again after I took out the battery and put it back in.
I had connection everywhere, even in the Metro and on the mountain. The 99% were pretty much 100% to me.
