A very good product and very easy to use. Hardly need to use the free power bank that came with the wifi router. Collection is a bit troublesome though; the post office on 4th level of Narita is difficult to find with so many shops around.

Easy pick up, set up, and return. They send you a reminder email the day before it’s due with the option to extend, which is also very easy. Connection was always excellent. Would definitely use again!

The unit served its purpose effectively. Coming with spare battery and charger contributed to a successful access to WiFi connectivity during the duration of the rental period.
It arrived on time and it was easy to return the equipment.

Carried this around in Japan for a week or so. I think I hit the data limit??? Didn't even know there was one. It kept working after I hit the limit for another 2 days or so, but was much slower after that. I think it was due to streaming a TV show. Otherwise it works great and I never had any service issues.
