It worked perfectly fine when I was out on the road, but as soon as I came home, it said "No Service" (圏外). It felt like the bandwidth was not as wide as the previous one I rented a few years ago. The battery life seemed shorter too. I haven't timed it, so I'm unsure, but I would probably rent the Premium version next time. I also like the easy application process and the convenient return service. The Customer Service is always quick with response for any questions. I am satisfied.

This product was great! It worked everywhere we went within Osaka & Kyoto with no connectivity issues. The battery lasted all day, only really have to charge it overnight! Wifi was fast as well.

Some area could not be covered well

I spent 2 weeks in Japan. I had to change my arrival date and received easily my refund.
When I received the modem as so easy to use. This is a must when you as a foreigner travel to japan.
