This is my second time ordering WiFi portable from Japan Wireless abd both were of great experience. About 4 years ago i asked them to delivered to my first hotel abd there it was..waiting for me at receptionist. The second time i asked them to delivered it at Narita Post Office abd soon as the PostOffice opened (i was their first customer) there it was again. So convenient.
The wireless device was great, i used it with my friends all day from 08.00 untill averagely 21.00 and there's always about 30% battery left on device. Never we use the powerbank that included on the package.
At the last day we sealed the return envelop and gave it again to Narita PostOffice , left as satisfied customer.

We hired one of these wireless devices for a couple of weeks whilst on holiday. It was simply brilliant. Pickup and drop-off were straight forward and the device simple to use. It didn't let us down once and the battery life was excellent. We never needed the additional battery that was included. Excellent all round.

Great value! It's perfect

We couldn’t of done it with out this device it always had reception and was very easy to use. We also had an extra battery which made our trip worry free.

We used it mainly for google maps, whatsapp, email, and look things up on the web. Connections are reliable, very good speed, the hotspot usually last close to 12 hours on a full charge. However, on occasion it would shut itself down, and the extra battery pack that is included in the rental is a bit heavy. All in all, I would rent it again!
