Went to Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka and had quality wifi throughout.

Fast and reliable internet speed. Battery lasts a day. As per the website, battery lasts for up to 8.5 hours of continuous use but we were using it for almost 12-14 hours a day and still has battery to spare. Very affordable and pick-up and return is very convenient.

Pocket wifi was very useful for everything i needed it for.
Anywhere from business or personal entertainment such as streaming or playing games.

Pick-up, drop off and use was absolutely seamless and efficient.

I wasn't sure how vital having this would be, but having just gotten back from Japan on our first ever trip there I can say I would never go back without it. Having steady, fast internet access EVERYWHERE we went was incredibly useful. Picking it up and dropping it off after our trip was also really really convenient. 5 stars.

Our experience with Japan Wireless was fantastic. When we arrived in Japan, the modem was waiting for us at the airpot post office. It worked perfectly, just turned it on and it was already working and we had internet access. The signal coverage was very good too, we travelled from mainland Japan to Okinawa and we never had any problem. Also, having no download limit is a very nice plus. Highly recommended for everyone visiting Japan!

Had this product for 3 weeks, used it in the main tourist cities, 99% of the time the connection and download speed was excellent. Played Pokemon go with no issues.
