Tutto perfetto, arrivato in Hotel nei tempi richiesti e utilissimo da utilizzare in Giappone

Absolutely brilliant, super easy to set up and get connected right away.
The size is perfect, super compact so you could just throw it in a backpack or a pocket easily. Also held the charge really well, just charged it in the evening and it stayed charged all day.
Will definitely hire again next time in I’m japan.

It worked perfectly, I had internet access both while touring around the Kyoto/Nara area, in the hotel and in the conference room (in the latter, it worked intermittently, as the 4G signal was very weak). It was cool to have both phone and PC connected, and not needing to switch Wifi when changing location. Reception of the pack was easy, and dropping it off took a quarter of an hour minutes to locate a post box in KIX - so I wonder, why not drop it off from where it was taken?

Excellent pocket Wi-Fi; no connection issues whatsoever. Our trip to Japan was great. It's very convenient for both picking up and returning the Wi-Fi.

I use it for travelling with three people on separate devices most of the day. No issues with connectivity, battery or heat over 9 days. There was one time where it thought the quota was all used and stopped working, but a restart fixed it.
