I recently used this pocket WiFi during my trip and had a fantastic experience! It's excellent. I just have to ask a different wifi office to help me connect it to my iphone the first time because there's no Japan Wireless office within the vicinity of Haneda airport. I'm glad there were some helpful people there even if they belong to a different company.

Great Unlimited connection everywhere and long batterylife (we used it with 2 active devices all day long)! Only sometimes in the afternoon, when battery went down 20%, my brother's iPhone were disconnected and had some problem to connect again..

Took a while to find the pickup at the Haneda airport (on the third floor May 2025), but once I had it it worked pretty much flawlessly.

Very reliable WiFi! We had free talk and text with our phone plan, but not a ton of data. This was cheaper than adding data to our wireless plan. Highly recommend!
