First time trying pocket wifi. Easy to pickup, set up and go. The constant internet connection made researching and travel a breeze. Definitely would do again.

I picked up the devices at Haneda Airport upon arrival. Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout our trip and portable charger was a great convenience. Return was easy too, just had to drop it in a mailbox in provided envelope

Product has been working well with no difficulty. I had originally booked incorrect dates and service was great with helping correct my error, charging only a 100 yen restocking fee for something that was definitely my mistake.

The device lasted throughout most of the day without a second charge and came with a external battery, charging cord, and mailing envelope. I would rent again for my next trip with Japan wireless.

Great service, very easy to order and return a pocket wi-fi with reasonable rates. I used this service twice without any problems. The delivery to the hotel was made on time and returning is easy as a return envelope is included in the package. After leaving Japan, I appreciate the notification that the package was received.
