I ordered 3 units and encountered a battery problem. Japan wireless immediately sent me replacement units and refunded me on the days that I didn't have connection

Very convenient to have while travelling in Japan. Good signal overall and reasonable priced compare to data roaming. Would recommend.

Great quality of internet while in Japan. Never had an issue with it, worked in all of the cities we visited and in the metros/trains. It was even better that we got to decide whether we wanted to pick up at the airport or have it delivered to our hotel. A breeze to return as they provided a mailing envelope with the appropriate stamp/sticker needed. Return the pocket wifi right before our flight at the airport. A bonus that they gave us a charger and external battery. Love that we were able to connect a couple of devices at the same time! Highly recommend

We were very pleased with Japan wireless for our recent visit to Japan. We had no issues whatsoever connecting, and the battery lasted all day with just an overnight charge. Would definitely use this service again.

We had to restart about 2 times as due to loss connection, however in general it works quite well on remote area, and underground.
